A few weeks ago some friends and I organized an international dinner at Angelica’s house.
Because all of us were foreign we decided to cook something traditional from each of our countries.
At the table, there were Spanish, Italians, Portuguese and Greeks – you can image how rich the meal was!
Angelica, being so perfectly Spanish, made a paella but she also treated us to a delicious Mango Sorbet, that was so good I decided to share the recipe with you today.
We added some gin at the end to give it an extra kick but feel free to make it alcoholic or not – it’s good both ways!
