I can’t believe October is nearly gone… and I really can’t believe that November is just around the corner.
I’ve been a bit MIA after last summer. I would have liked to make more videos for you and to show you new ideas, but the truth is that I’ve been working on the blog from behind the scenes. I have lots of ideas in my mind, lots of news that I’d like to introduce and, I hope to speak to you soon.
November is nearly here and it’s impossible not to think about Halloween.
This year I decided that I wanted to decorate a pumpkin but leaving out the typical creepy theme.
I preferred do not carve, avoiding knives and chisels because I’m really good at hurting myself… ehehh.. in Italy we say – preventing is better than curing!
I used cake designer tools and materials, including fondant, but I’m sure you can use modelling clay instead.
Before leaving you to the video I’ll list everything you’ll need to make your Pumpkin Unicorn in the box below.
See you soon and thanks for being here with me today.
1 medium-small pumpkin
White acrylic paint (or white spray paint)
1 soft brush
Fondant (white, dark pink, light pink, purple)
Golden food coloring
Thin black marker
