I decided to organize my recipes in a different way
and created a specific section for frostings and fillings and another one dedicated to different sponges you can use. In this way I hope that it will be easier to create a personalized cake, choosing first the sponge and then the filling or frosting to go with it.Often, people ask me for some changes in the recipes that I post – they prefer another frosting, or a dairy free version, or a chocolate one. That’s why I will create a frosting section where you can find many different options. 🙂
A while ago I posted a recipe that you loved: the Camy Cream. A mascarpone cheese frosting perfect as frosting and without any cooking involved.
Today I’ll show you the cocoa version that I used last Christmas in my Rudolph Cake.
