Good morning guys,
Today’s post is part of the new column “You’ve got Cake!”, the section of the blog where there are the recipes that you asked me for.
This column started with Marika who asked me for a sugar, egg and dairy free recipe because of the food allergies she has to juggle. So I made her some raspberry and blueberry galettes. Here is the recipe.
Today I’m here with a new video, this time dedicated to Ljuba, who asked me for a light version of Tiramisú for her boyfriend.
This is how a delicious Tiramisú made with ricotta cheese and greek yogurt was born, with no mascarpone nor eggs, perfect for those who want or need to cut calories.
The greek yogurt makes this filling creamy and at the same time giving it a typical fresh and lightly sour flavour.
If you don’t like this taste you can skip the greek yogurt and just use ricotta cheese ( 400 gr of it in total).
I’ll leave you to the recipe, let me know if you try it and what you think about it.
See you soon
