Thanks to California Bakery that decided to share it in their amazing book, today I will introduce you to this fantastic cheesecake recipe with my video recipe.
Why do I want to challenge your best cheesecake recipe?
Well… first of all, this filling is super tall and creamy – it’s like having vanilla ice cream in a cheesecake format. It’s also really easy to make and can be decorated as you prefer, like I did, or even with a chocolate ganache.
It will keep 3 days in the fridge (but I bet it will be gone long before then…).

p.s Remember that each oven is different. With mine I decided to bake the cheesecake for 10 minutes more that the 55 minutes suggested. Anyway, don’t worry if the middle looks a bit liquid, when it starts turning golden it means it’s ready. Once cooled down it will become completely firm .
